The Postal Service will issue a 3-cent Star definitive stamp in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 50 (Item 100300) and a water-activated gum (WAG) coil of 10,000 (Item 781300) on June 7, 2002, in Washington, DC. The stamp was illustrated by Phil Jordan of Falls Church, Virginia.

Item 100300 will be available for nationwide sale on June 7, 2002. Item 781300 will be available at a later date.

The Star definitive stamp features a red, white, and blue graphic star.
